Do you charge per seat?

No. Halyard is a flat monthly price per workspace with unlimited human members. Plans are sized by company headcount — Free up to 10 people, Team up to 25, Growth up to 100, Business for 100–250 — as a fair-use guide, not a per-seat meter.

What are agent queries?

Agent queries are the MCP calls your AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Windsurf, Copilot — make against your knowledge graph. Every plan includes a monthly quota: 2,500 on Free, 25,000 on Team, 100,000 on Growth, and 500,000 on Business. Quotas are generous by design; most teams use well under half.

Which plan should I pick?

Pick the band that matches your company size: Free for up to 10 people, Team for up to 25, Growth for up to 100, and Business for 100–250. Above 250 people, contact us for custom pricing.

I'm an existing per-seat customer — what changes?

Nothing, unless you want it to. Existing customers are grandfathered on their current per-seat plan, labelled Legacy in billing settings. You can move to a workspace band whenever it makes sense for you.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How is my data protected?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard TLS 1.3 for all connections and AES-256 encryption for stored data. We never use your conversations or knowledge base to train AI models.
